Crab Casserole

Ingredients

  • 10 slices stale bread
  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. each: chopped onion and parsley
  • 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. milk
  • shredded Cheddar cheese (about 8 oz.)
  • drops of Worcestershire sauce
  • handful corn flakes or other plain cereal

Directions

    Blend milk and mayonnaise; fold in remaining ingredients, except cheese and cereal.

    Put in greased baking dish; sprinkle cheese on top.

    Cover with foil and put in fridge overnight.

    Take out one hour before baking; crush cereal on top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
