- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 large onion
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 pods garlic
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- enough milk to moisten
- salt and pepper to taste or seafood seasoning (optional)
- 1 c. bread crumbs plus bread crumbs for top
Directions

1Chop onion, celery and parsley finely.

2Saute in oleo.

3When thoroughly cooked, add 1 cup crabmeat, bread crumbs, 2 slightly beaten eggs, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.

4Add milk to moisten.

5Bake in greased casserole in moderate oven 20 to 30 minutes.

6Top with bread crumbs and dot with butter; return to oven only long enough to melt butter.

7Serves 4 to 6.
