- 2 c. crab meat
- 1/4 c. Rose wine
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pinch of thyme (optional)
- 1 c. celery, thinly sliced
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 c. almonds, sliced
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Toss crab with wine.

2Marinate for 30 minutes. Combine cream, mustard, salt and thyme. Toss crab, celery and eggs with mixture. Place in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with almonds and cheese.

3Pour butter over it.

4Bake.
