- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. grated American cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
- 1 small can mushrooms, chopped
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and stir until smooth. Sprinkle lemon juice over crab meat.

2Add remaining ingredients to sauce; mix well and pour into greased casserole.

3Sprinkle with buttered crumbs and bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
