  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 2 c. fresh or canned crab meat
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tsp. green pepper
  • 3 tsp. red pepper
  • 2 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

    Heat milk and margarine.

    Stir beaten eggs into heated milk. Stir until smooth.

    Add rest of ingredients.

    Add bread crumbs last.

    Pour into a buttered baking dish.

    Bake at 375° until top is brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
