  • 3 c. cooked garbanzos
  • 1 c. bean liquid (maybe less)
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. tahini
  • 3 cloves pressed garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together well.

    Good as a dip or sandwich spread especially when spread on pita bread and served with tomatoes and sprouts.
