  • 8 oz. can crab meat
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. shredded Colby cheese
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small yellow onion

Directions

    Mix crab, cream cheese, lemon juice and onion in a quart casserole.

    Add cheese to top and bake 20 minutes at 350° or until cheese is bubbling.

    Serve with toasted wheat crackers.
