Crab Cheese Dip

  • 1 (7.5 oz.) can crab
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. creamy horseradish
  • pepper to taste
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Drain can of crab.

    Mix all ingredients together, except the grated cheese.

    Place in ovenproof casserole and then sprinkle grated cheese on top of mixture.

    Bake in oven at 375° for 15 minutes.

    Serve with Triscuits crackers.
