  • 1 can (6 to 8 oz.) Alaskan snow crab meat (can use Crab Delight)
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar or Jack cheese
  • 3/4 c. hot Pepper Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs, beaten, or Egg Beaters
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onions (scallions)
  • 1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls

Directions

    Drain and slice crab meat.

    Combine with cheese, beaten eggs, milk and onions.

    Line a 9-inch pie plate with 5 triangles of dough.

    Press together to form crust.

    Spoon in crab mixture.

    Top with remaining triangles.

    Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes.
