  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/3 c. mayo
  • 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. sliced olives

Directions

    Boil potatoes with skins on.

    When finished, peel and cube while hot.

    Add chopped onion and mayo.

    Stir in cheese.

    Put in greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan.

    Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
