Ingredients
- 6 to 8 medium artichokes
- 1 can crabmeat
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper
- Italian seasoning
- garlic salt
Directions

1Take raw fresh artichokes and wash and core centers.

2Break middle and remove, leaving cup like artichoke.

3Set aside.

4Mix together thoroughly the shredded crab, diced onion and the cheese. Mix to consistency with mayonnaise.

5Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic salt to taste.

6Mix well to consistency of salad dressing.

7Stuff center of artichokes with mixture.

8Set in deep baking dish.

9Fill 1/2 of the way with water.

10Cover and bake for 1 hour or until tender.

11Remove and serve; pull hot leaves off and dip in melted center.

12Enjoy.
