  • 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. KOOL-AID Orange Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Drink Mix, divided
  • 1 container (16 oz.) ready-to-spread vanilla frosting
  • 1 Tbsp. decorating icing
  • assorted Halloween candies
