- 6 cans tomato sauce
- 6 cans water
- 6 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 c. Sauterne wine
- olive oil
- 4 crabs (live), cracked
- 18 clams
- 1 1/2 lb. prawns
- 1 1/2 lb. halibut
Directions

1Simmer sauce approximately 4 hours to a medium-thick consistency.

2Put olive oil in large pot.

3Limp celery and garlic. Add tomato sauce, water and wine.

4Simmer (no cover).

5Place fish in large pot with lid.

6Forty-five minutes before you want to serve, pour sauce over fish, cover and steam 30 to 40 minutes. Halibut will break up when done.

7Serves 8.
