  • 1 (7 oz.) can crab meat
  • 1 jar old English cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • dash of Tabasco or hot pepper sauce

Directions

    Lightly toast muffins and set aside.

    Mix together everything else.

    Spread evenly on 8 muffin halves.

    Cut each muffin into fourths.

    Can freeze now on cookie sheet and transfer to plastic bags.

    Place frozen pieces on cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes at 425°

    or 12 minutes at 350°.
