- 4 English muffins, split
- 1 (7 oz.) can crab meat
- 1 jar old English cheese
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- dash of Tabasco or hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Lightly toast muffins and set aside.

2Mix together everything else.

3Spread evenly on 8 muffin halves.

4Cut each muffin into fourths.

5Can freeze now on cookie sheet and transfer to plastic bags.

6Place frozen pieces on cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes at 425°

7or 12 minutes at 350°.
