- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. minced onions
- salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Marinate crab meat in lemon juice for 1 hour; drain.

2Combine cream cheese and cream in mixer bowl; mix until smooth.

3Beat in mayonnaise.

4Add garlic, onions and salt; blend well.

5Fold crab into sauce.

6Add Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.

7Serve hot in chafing dish.

8May also be served cold.
