  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 6 or 7 oz. can of flaked crab (not white)
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine or 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Soften cream cheese with 1 tablespoon wine; add other ingredients. Cook in oven for 15 minutes at 375°. Serve with Triscuits or other favorite crackers.
