  • 3 ounces, weight Lemon Or Lime Jello Mix
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 3/4 cups Salad Oil
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • 1 box Lemon Cake Mix (18 Ounce Box)
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Real Lemon Juice

Directions

    Put Jello mix, eggs, oil and water into cake mix and mix well.

    Bake according to directions on box in a 9x13-inch pan. It may take a little longer than specified on the box. Just stick a toothpick into the center to test it (should come out clean if it's done) before pulling it out of the oven.

    Prepare the topping by mixing the powdered sugar and lemon juice.

    When cake has been taken out of oven, immediately pierce it with a fork several times and pour the topping mixture over the cake.
