  • 1/2 c. yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. imitation crab flakes
  • little paprika

Directions

    Combine yogurt or sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese and seasoning.

    Mix well, then stir in Cheddar cheese and crab. Cover 2 hours.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Serve with crackers, bread sticks or vegetables.
