- 2 lb. backfin crab
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 large Vidalia onion
- 4 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 large lemon
- Tabasco
- cayenne
- 3 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
Directions

1Saute chopped onion until golden.

2Add garlic; saute 1/2 minute.

3Add (picked) crab.

4Cook until crab is heated through. Add cream cheese that has been whipped in electric mixer for 3 minutes.

5(Do not use pre-whipped cream cheese.)

6Saute, adding spices to taste.

7Refrigerate overnight.

8Heat at 350° for 30 minutes.
