  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • dash of seasoned salt
  • 1 c. flaked crab
  • 3 Tbsp. white wine

    Melt cream cheese over low heat, stirring constantly.

    Blend in mayonnaise, garlic, onion, mustard, sugar and salt.

    Stir in crab and wine; heat through.
