- 1 large onion
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
- 2 (No. 1) cans tomato puree
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 1 doz. crabs
- salt and hot red pepper to taste
Directions

1Chop onion and bell peppers.

2Fry in oil until brown.

3Add tomato puree and sauce.

4Cook on slow fire for 1 hour.

5Add crabs and cook another 1 1/2 hours.
