Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 tall can Pet milk
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or chicken
  • 1 large onion (can use purple for color)
  • 1 can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 pkg. meal tortillas, pieces or whole
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, grated

Directions

    Saute onions in butter.

    Add milk, soup and chilies.

    Butter casserole and layer sauce with crab and tortillas.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Remove and top with Swiss cheese, return to oven and melt cheese.
