  • 1 pkg. large size flour tortillas
  • 1 pkg. imitation crab meat
  • 1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 small can chopped olives
  • 1 small can chopped chiles to your taste (mild or hot)
  • 1 pt. heavy whipping cream

Directions

    In a large baking pan, place a tortilla at one end.

    Fill across center with crab meat and cheese.

    Sprinkle with olives and chiles to your taste.

    Roll tortilla into itself, forming a roll. Repeat process until pan is full.

    Sprinkle a thin layer of cheese over the top.

    Sprinkle with olives and chiles.

    Pour cream over tortillas.

    Bake in a 375° oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until tortillas start to brown.
