- 1 pkg. large size flour tortillas
- 1 pkg. imitation crab meat
- 1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 small can chopped olives
- 1 small can chopped chiles to your taste (mild or hot)
- 1 pt. heavy whipping cream
Directions

1In a large baking pan, place a tortilla at one end.

2Fill across center with crab meat and cheese.

3Sprinkle with olives and chiles to your taste.

4Roll tortilla into itself, forming a roll. Repeat process until pan is full.

5Sprinkle a thin layer of cheese over the top.

6Sprinkle with olives and chiles.

7Pour cream over tortillas.

8Bake in a 375° oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until tortillas start to brown.

9Serves 5 to 6.
