  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. Old Bay
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 lb. backfin crab meat

    Melt butter over low heat.

    Stir in flour and slowly add milk to make a white sauce.

    Add seasoning.

    Fold sauce into crab meat and spoon into individual greased shells or into casserole.

    Bake at 400° for about 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
