  • 1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
  • 2 cans cream of shrimp or cream of tomato soup
  • 2 c. cooked crab (real or imitation)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Start at 3:00 p.m. for 6:00 dinner.

    Preheat oven to 400°. Place roast in oven and bake for 1 hour.

    Turn oven off and keep oven door closed.

    Forty-five minutes before serving, turn oven to 325° (5:15 p.m.).
