  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 14 cup sour cream
  • 14 cup chili sauce
  • 14 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • 1 large head lettuce
  • 2 -3 cups cooked crabmeat, chilled
  • 2 large tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, cut in wedges

Directions

    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chili sauce, onion and lemon juice.

    Salt to taste.

    Line 4 large plates with lettuce leaves.

    Shred remaining lettuce; arrange on leaves.

    Circle with tomato and egg wedges.
