  • 1 pkg. 6 English muffins
  • 1 (7 oz.) can crab meat, well drained
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar Old English sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Slice muffins in half, then cut each half into fourths and arrange on cookie sheet.

    Mix remaining ingredients.

    Spread on muffins.

    Freeze at least 30 minutes even if you plan to use same day.

    May be kept for weeks in freezer.

    Broil them until they puff up and are bubbly and golden brown.
