- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin in 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 7 to 7 1/2 oz. can crab
- 1 c. mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
Directions

1Heat soup.

2Dissolve gelatin and water in heated soup.

3Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

4Add cream cheese.

5Mix until cream cheese is thoroughly blended (no lumps).

6Add remaining ingredients.

7Pour into loaf pan or mold and chill (preferably overnight).

8When mixture is set, remove from mold and place on bed of lettuce.

9May be served as salad, dip or spread.
