- 4 c. quick oats (uncooked)
- 1 c. coconut
- 2/3 c. butter
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1/3 c. light corn syrup
- 3/4 c. chopped peanuts
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Toast oats in shallow baking pan in preheated 350° oven for

28 minutes.

3Melt together butter, brown sugar, peanut butter and syrup in saucepan over low heat.

4Add toasted oats mixture, peanuts and egg.

5Mix well.

6Press firmly into well-greased jelly pan.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
