- 1 pkg. Knox gelatine
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 8 oz. pkg. frozen cooked shrimp, thawed
- 8 oz. backfin crabmeat
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Soften gelatine in cold water.

2Sprinkle lemon juice over shrimp and crabmeat.
