Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. gelatin, dissolved in 3 tsp. cold water
  • 2 green onions, chopped fine
  • 1 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (7 oz.) can crab meat, drained
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. pimento, diced

Directions

    Heat soup; add cream cheese and gelatin.

    Mix until cheese and gelatin are dissolved.

    Cool.

    Mix remaining ingredients and add to cool mixture.

    Pour into a greased mold and chill overnight. (Use a 3 1/2-cup mold.)
