- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 6 oz. crab meat (canned or fresh)
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Soften gelatin in the water.

2Heat soup and gelatin mixture. Remove from heat and add cream cheese.

3Whip until smooth.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Pour into a mold and chill until firm. Serve with crackers.
