- 1 stick butter
- 1 small bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 pt. Breakfast cream
- 1/2 lb. swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. red wine
- red pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 lb. white crabmeat
Directions

1Melt butter in pot and saute onions and parsley.

2Blend in flour, cream, and cheese until cheese is melted.

3Add other ingredients and gently add crabmeat.

4Serve on melba toast or crackers.
