Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, flaked and drained
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add flour.

2Stir quickly until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth ball.

3Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

4Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon after each addition.

5Beat well until smooth.

6Add crab mixture and stir well.

7Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.

8Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

9Reduce heat to 350° and bake another 10 minutes.

10Serve warm.
