- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 12 cup parmesan cheese, cheesed
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced onion, season
Directions

1Melt butter, med low heat, add flour and lower heat .

2Whisk for about a minute until flour is incorporated.

3Don't let flour brown.

4Add cream and milk and continue stirring until sauce is smonth and thick.

5Season to taste after adding the milk in while its thickening I add 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, dash of pepper, and 1 teaspoon of minced onion season.
