  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 12 cup parmesan cheese, cheesed
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion, season

Directions

    Melt butter, med low heat, add flour and lower heat .

    Whisk for about a minute until flour is incorporated.

    Don't let flour brown.

    Add cream and milk and continue stirring until sauce is smonth and thick.

    Season to taste after adding the milk in while its thickening I add 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, dash of pepper, and 1 teaspoon of minced onion season.
