- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 large can and 1 small can Hungry Jack biscuits
Directions

1Mix first 6 ingredients together.

2Peel off leaves of biscuits, 3 leaves at a time.

3On each leaf, place a small amount of mixture and bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until brown.
