Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded medium Cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Combine the first 5 ingredients, stirring well.

2Set aside. Combine water, butter and salt in a medium saucepan; bring mixture to a boil.

3Reduce heat to low; add flour and stir vigorously until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth ball.

4Remove saucepan from heat and allow mixture to cool slightly.

5Add eggs, one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon after each addition. Beat until batter is smooth.

6Add crab mixture; stir well.

7Drop batter by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.

8Bake at 400° for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake an additional 10 minutes.

9Serve puffs warm.
