  • 1 prepared pie crust
  • 1 package frozen spinach (defrosted & squeezed dry)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup minced onions
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 7 1/2 ounces crab meat(fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1 can skimmed evaporated milk
  • (or you can use cream)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
