- 1 (9-inch) pie crust (unbaked), chilled
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 oz. fresh or frozen crab, thawed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of ground white pepper
- 2 c. half and half
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Sprinkle cheeses over pie crust. Spread crabmeat and onion over cheese.

3In a measuring cup or bowl with a lip, combine eggs, flour, seasonings and half and half. Carefully pour into the pie crust.

4Bake 40 minutes or until custard has set.
