- 1 (9-inch) pie crust shell (in pie pan or quiche pan)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. flaked crabmeat
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese, grated or diced
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.

2Mix until well blended.

3Add crabmeat to mixture.

4Add grated cheese and onion. Blend thoroughly.

5Pour into pie shell.

6Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
