- 1 (9-inch) prebaked pie shell, cooled
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Monterey cheese
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. light cream
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can crab meat (4 1/2 oz.; add 1/2 can extra if desired)
Directions

1Stir together cheeses and flour.

2Beat together eggs, cream, mustard, salt and Worcestershire.

3Set aside.

4Line pastry shell with drained crab meat.

5Combine egg and cheese mixtures.

6Pour into pie shell.

7Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Let stand for 20 minutes before cutting.
