  • 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 2/3 c. or 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crabmeat
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced natural Swiss cheese, diced
  • 1/3 c. diced green onion

Directions

    Combine mayonnaise, flour, beaten eggs and milk; mix until blended.

    Stir in drained crab, cheese and green onion.

    Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
