  • 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. tarragon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 prepared pie crust
