  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed
  • 1/3 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 2 c. (8 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 unbaked pastry shell (9 in.)

Directions

    In a bowl, beat eggs; add mayonnaise, flour and milk.

    Stir in crab, onions, parsley and cheese.
