- 1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 c. fresh or canned crabmeat
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell, partially baked
- 1 c. half and half cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Saute mushrooms and onion in margarine; drain.

2Mix with crabmeat and place in bottom of partially baked pie shell. Combine cream, eggs, mayonnaise, pepper and nutmeg in bowl; beat until smooth.

3Stir in cheese.

4Pour this mixture into pie shell. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
