- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Louis Kemp crab meat
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 chopped green onion
Directions

1Line 9-inch quiche dish with pastry.

2Prick bottom and sides with fork.

3Combine eggs, mayo, flour and milk.

4Mix through. Stir in crab meat, cheese and green onion.

5Spoon mixture into pastry shell.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
