  • 8 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups half-and-half cream
  • 1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1 package (8 ounces) imitation crabmeat, chopped
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.
