- 4 to 5 oz. freshly cooked crab meat or imitation crab, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1 tsp. minced green onion (white part only)
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 24 crab rangoon or won ton wrappers
- 2 to 3 c. vegetable oil for deep frying

1In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, salt, pepper, green onion, garlic, ginger, bread crumbs and sesame oil; mix well.
