  • 6 to 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 to 5 oz. freshly cooked crab meat or imitation crab, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
  • 1 tsp. minced green onion (white part only)
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. minced fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 24 crab rangoon or won ton wrappers
  • 2 to 3 c. vegetable oil for deep frying

    In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, salt, pepper, green onion, garlic, ginger, bread crumbs and sesame oil; mix well.
