  • oil for deep frying
  • 1 (7 oz.) can crab meat, rinsed and drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 pkg. won ton skins

Directions

    Preheat oil to 370°.

    Combine next 6 ingredients in bowl; mix well.

    Spoon onto won ton skins; fold diagonally into triangle. Moisten edges with water and press to seal.

    Seal other 2 corners together.

    Deep fry until golden brown; drain.

    Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce and Chinese mustard.

    May freeze and reheat in a 375° oven for 10 minutes.
