  • 1 package wonton wrapper
  • 12 lb crab or 12 lb imitation crabmeat
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

Directions

    Mix crab meat, cream cheese, garlic powder, and parsley together until completely blended.

    Put a spoonful in center of wrap, dab edges of wrap with water to moisten and press to seal.

    Put in deep fryer on low heat in vegetable or canola oil and fry until light brown color.
